Keto Polish Omelette

Ingredients
- Raw Egg (2 large)
- Salt (⅛ teaspoon)
- Black Pepper, Ground (⅛ teaspoon)
- Paprika (⅛ teaspoon)
- Onion Powder (⅛ teaspoon)
- Parsley, Dried (½ teaspoon)
- Whipping Cream, Extra Heavy/gourmet, Not Whipped (½ tablespoon)
- Kielbasa (3 ounce)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs with all seasonings and the cream. Set this aside for Step 3.
- Dice the kielbasy into tiny pieces and toss them in a pan the size of the omelette you want to make. Cook the sausage until crispy and golden brown - much like bacon.
- Turn the stove heat to very low. Pour the egg into the pan over the sausage and place a lid on. Continually cook on low until the egg has cooked through.
