Keto Polish Omelette

Ingredients

  • Raw Egg (2 large)
  • Salt (⅛ teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper, Ground (⅛ teaspoon)
  • Paprika (⅛ teaspoon)
  • Onion Powder (⅛ teaspoon)
  • Parsley, Dried (½ teaspoon)
  • Whipping Cream, Extra Heavy/gourmet, Not Whipped (½ tablespoon)
  • Kielbasa (3 ounce)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs with all seasonings and the cream. Set this aside for Step 3.
  2. Dice the kielbasy into tiny pieces and toss them in a pan the size of the omelette you want to make. Cook the sausage until crispy and golden brown - much like bacon.
  3. Turn the stove heat to very low. Pour the egg into the pan over the sausage and place a lid on. Continually cook on low until the egg has cooked through.
