Ingredients

  • Haloumi Cheese by Papouis (4-½ ounce)
  • Cherry Tomato (2 cherry)
  • Olive Oil (2 teaspoon)
  • Red Onion (1 teaspoon)
  • Lemon Juice (1 teaspoon)
  • Arugula (¼ cup)
  • Salt, Sea Salt (⅛ teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper (⅛ teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Carefully cut the halloumi into two even slices. Add the cheese to a dry skillet over a medium/high heat and fry for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Whilst the halloumi is cooking, finely dice the tomatoes and add to a small mixing bowl along with the onion and arugula. Toss to combine.
