Ingredients
- Applewood Smoked Uncured Spiral Ham by Niman Ranch (8 pound)
- Cloves, Ground (1 tablespoon)
- Brown Sugar Replacement by Swerve (½ cup)
- Butter (2 tablespoon)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 F. Place the ham into a 9” x 13” casserole dish and poke the whole cloves in and around the entire ham. Cover tightly with foil. Cook according to package directions, but should be about 10-15 minutes per pound of ham.
- In the meantime, make the glaze by combining the brown sugar sweetener and butter in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute until combined. Remove the ham from the oven and remove the foil. Brush the ham with the glaze using a silicone pastry brush.
- Place the ham back into the oven uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until it is nicely browned and glazed. Serve immediately.
