Keto Sticky BBQ Chicken Wings

One evening, after a long day at work, I found myself in a rush to prepare a delicious and healthy dinner for my family. Luckily, I had recently discovered a quick and easy recipe for Keto Sticky BBQ Chicken Wings that I knew would be perfect for a weeknight meal.

I quickly gathered all the ingredients: chicken wings, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and sugar-free BBQ sauce. I preheated the oven to 425°F and lined a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Next, I seasoned the chicken wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. I placed them on the baking sheet and popped them into the oven. While they were cooking, I made a quick homemade BBQ sauce by mixing the sugar-free BBQ sauce with a dash of garlic powder and paprika.

After about 15 minutes, the chicken wings were beautifully golden and crispy. I brushed the sticky BBQ sauce all over them and put them back in the oven for another 5 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

Finally, I served the Keto Sticky BBQ Chicken Wings with a side of crispy celery sticks and ranch dressing. The whole family loved them, especially my husband Mark, and my kids Emily and Ethan. It was a meal that was not only quick and easy but also nutritious and delicious!

So, if you're in a time crunch and need a nutritious meal in under 20 minutes, give these Keto Sticky BBQ Chicken Wings a try. They are sure to be a weeknight hero in your house too!
