Keto Quick Curry Fried Fish

One summer day, I decided to host a backyard BBQ cookout for my family and friends. I wanted to surprise them with some delicious and guilt-free grilled dishes, so I whipped up a batch of Keto Quick Curry Fried Fish. I marinated the fish in a blend of curry powder, garlic, and coconut oil before grilling it to perfection. The aroma wafting from the grill had everyone's mouths watering.

When it was time to eat, my husband Mark and children Emily and Ethan couldn't believe how tasty the fish was. They kept asking for more! It was a BBQ victory that I will never forget.
