Ingredients

  • Raw Egg (3 large)
  • Cream Of Tartar (¼ teaspoon)
  • Mascarpone Fresh & Creamy Italian Style Sweet Cheese by Trader Joe's (¼ cup)
  • Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend by Trader Joe's (1 tsp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 300 F. Line two baking sheets with parchment sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Separate eggs and whip egg whites in a clean mixing bowl. Add cream of tartar and whip until stiff peaks form. In the meantime, whisk the yolks and cheese together.
  2. Fold a small amount egg whites into yolk mixture.
  3. Add the rest of the egg whites and fold gently and well.
  4. Then divide into 6 even circles onto the baking sheets. Sprinkle evenly with everything seasoning.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until nicely browned and puffed. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
