  • 85% Lean Ground Sirloin Beef Burgers by Kroger (20 ounce)
  • Salt (¼ teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper (¼ teaspoon)
  • Garlic Powder (¼ teaspoon)
  • Onion Powder (⅛ teaspoon)
  • Nutmeg Ground (⅛ tsp)
  • Paprika (½ teaspoon)
  • Cheddar Cheese (¾ cup, shredded)
  • Mayo (1-½ tablespoon)
  • Dijon Mustard (2 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, mix together the ground sirloin, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg, and paprika.

  5. Bake the roll for 50 minutes. The meatloaf will be medium-well to well-done and the sauce on top will have a light crust to it.
