Ingredients

  • Beef Strip Steak (14 ounce)
  • Mozzarella Cheese (2 tablespoon, shredded)
  • Basil (2 tablespoon, chopped)
  • Cherry Tomato (2 cherry)
  • Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt (¼ teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper (⅛ teaspoon)

  1. Lay each 7-ounce steak between two sheets of plastic wrap and hammer with a meat mallet or rolling pin to about ¼ inch thick. Season generously on both sides.
