  • Cauliflower Rice (2 cup, cut pieces)
  • Peppermint, Fresh (2 tablespoon)
  • Pine Nuts (2 tablespoon, whole pieces)
  • Ground Beef (1 pound)
  • Unsalted Butter (1 tablespoon)
  • Garlic (1 clove)
  • Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
  • Cumin, Ground (1 teaspoon)
  • Ginger, Ground (1 teaspoon)
  • Red Onion (½ small)
