- Olive Oil (2 tablespoon)
- Tamari Sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Red Cabbage (1 cup)
- Cabbage, Green, Raw (1 cup)
- Ginger Root, Raw (1 slice - 1" diameter)
- Garlic (1 clove)
- Red Onion (¼ medium - 2 1/2" diameter)
Instructions
- Thinly slice the onion and cabbage. Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over a medium/high heat and add the cabbage and onion, cooking for about three minutes to soften.
- Grate the ginger and thinly slice the garlic. Add to the pan and stir well to combine. Pan fry over a medium heat for a further 2-3 minutes until the garlic is tender and fragrant and the cabbage is soft.
